Report: R. Kelly Only Has $625 to His Name

Kellz is in a deep hole.

R. Kelly is broke. According to The Blast, the disgraced singer recently had $150,000 seized from his bank accounts. The move has left only $625 in his account.

The Blast got their hands on the documents, which states that he had multiple accounts which held $154,527.22. More than $150,000 of that amount was seized by the landlord of a studio the singer used to rent. (The landlord recently won a $173,000 judgment against the singer.)

The seizure has left him in the red in one account ($-13). Altogether, he has $625 to his name.

Kelly's lawyer recently said at a hearing that the singer's finances were “a mess.” (So much so that the disgraced R&B singer needed a friend to bail him out of jail.)

Kelly has been charged with 10 counts of aggravated sexual abuse.
