During NBA All-Star Weekend, Los Angeles will become a crossroads for sports, music and culture, and Okayplayer is curating a space that reflects how those worlds intersect.
The Okayplayer Lounge is a one-day, culture-forward gathering, designed to bring together legacy voices and present-day influences — spanning from retired NBA stars and artists to industry tastemakers. Hosted on Friday, Feb. 13, 2026, the Okayplayer Lounge serves as the home base for conversation, connection, community and celebration beyond the hardwood.
Produced in partnership with the National Basketball Retired Players Association (NBRPA) and The Finn Group, the experience centers legacy as something that will be lived, shared and ongoing. Through this curated activation with surprise moments, the Okayplayer Lounge underscores All-Star Weekend as both a cultural and sporting moment.
The space will also feature exclusive “LA vs. The World” merchandise available for purchase via OkayShop, connecting local identity to global influence in a way that mirrors the entire weekend.
For Okayplayer, the Lounge creates an ecosystem where music, basketball and culture are the conversation.
Media are invited to attend and cover the event. We welcome partners and outlets to help amplify the experience by reposting the official event flyer and ticket link with their audiences. Credential details and access information are available upon request.
