After months of anticipation, the Wu-Tang Clan has finally put a date on their upcoming reunion record A Better Tomorrow and have found home for the record in their recent signing to Warner Brothers. The new date for their reunion LP is December 2nd and it promises to be a formidable comeback for the group, following months and even years of turmoil that put the whole project in limbo.
We got our first whiff of the new album a few month back when the fellas swarmed The Daily Show and performed the lead-off single “Ron O’Neil ” for a late night audience, but it seems there’s now a whole lot more to look forward to. Wu-mamis and papis should also be aware that this is but one of the two albums slated for release this year, the other being Once Upon A Time In Shaolin, which is locked away in the Marrakech mountains and will see an extremely limited pressing of one single copy. The jury’s still out on when or where that album will land, but you know exactly where to get the scoop when details begin to roll out. Stay tuned for all things Wu-Tang Clan and the preorder info around Black Friday. If you’re still itching, catch out recap of the crew’s LA take-over this past weekend.
