Rick Ross and Jay Z follow their command performance on Hov's Magna Carta Holy Grail LP with "The Devil Is A Lie" - the ultra-hard 2nd single from Ross' forthcoming Mastermind LP. The track features Ross on verse and hook duties, while Jay steps up to bat toward the end of the track to dust his shoulders off and reassert himself as the rightful owner of the crown, despite the haphazard and arguably lackluster game of thrones that has overcome hip-hop since the world got a whiff of Kendrick's verse on "Control." The trap track anchored by horns and a ghastly soul sample finds the pair addressing talk of the illuminati and dropping heavy bars that speak to their respective positions of importance in the game. "The Devil Is A Lie" is Ross' latest joint from K.E. On The Track - a somewhat frequent MMG collaborator. Check the track below to listen to "The Devil Is A Lie" from Rick Ross and Jay Z. Stay tuned for Ross' Mastermind LP, coming soon via Def Jam.
