Kanye West Ends Show After Kim Kardashian Reportedly Robbed At Gunpoint

Kanye West abruptly ended a concert at the Meadows Music Festival in New York City on Sunday night, after wife Kim Kardashian West was reportedly robbed at gunpoint.

"I'm sorry, I have a family emergency. I have to stop the show," hetold the crowd of thousands of people at the festival, before rushing off the stage.

CNN reports that Kanye had exactly that: Kim Kardashian West, Kanye's wife and the mother of their two children, was robbed at gunpoint.

"Kim Kardashian West was held up at gunpoint inside her Paris hotel room this evening, by two armed masked men dressed as police officers. She is badly shaken but physically unharmed," spokesperson Ina Treciokas said.

Kardashian West is in Paris for Paris Fashion Week with her mother Kris Jenner, and sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner. She and Kanye visit thecity frequently, including a pre-wedding dinner at Versailles.

Meadows Music Festival also included Chance The Rapper, J. Cole and Empire of the Sun as headliners on Saturday and Sunday. Cole replaced The Weeknd,who canceled his Saturday performance because of conflict with an appearance on SNL.
