Lenny Kravitz, Grace Jones, Lauryn Hill, Lion Babe, Thundercat, SZA & More Rock The Afropunk Festival 2015 in Brooklyn, NY.

Janelle Monáe previews the title track from her forthcoming LP The Electric Lady during a visit to Baltimore's Magic 95.9 FM. She took the stage to address an intimate gathering, detailing some of her collaborators and influences for the project, including Prince and Stevie Wonder. She dropped a few tracks including "The Electric Lady" - a song that picks up where "Q.U.E.E.N." left off, delivering a dance groove with an even deeper level of dope. The Electric Lady arrives on September 10th with features from Miguel, Erykah Badu, Solange and more. Upping the ante, Janelle Monáe graces the cover of the 20th anniversary collector's issue of Vibe Magazine. She is featured alongside Robin Thicke as one of two artists rewriting the rules of r&b.
