GZA & Ghostface Killah Set For Rare Collaborative Performance In Brooklyn This Week
The world was already set a blaze when it was reported just a few days back that the GZA‘s now mythical forthcoming Dark Matter LP would feature work from movie score maestro Vangelis (Chariots Of Fire, Blade Runner, Cosmos and slews of others.) But today we’re happy to say that the genius will be colliding onstage this Thursday, September 3rd with one of his fellow Shaolin assassins for a very special outing in Brooklyn. GZA and the almighty Ghostface Killah will be headlining a set at the House Of Vans in Greenpoint, supported by young buck Joey Bada$$ and the equally dope DJ Envy on the ones and twos. RSVPs are still open, but we imagine they’ll be closing quick for this legendary night. So hit the link below to put in your bid for a free show that might just be the best summer cap-off event that ever was. And as far as GZA’s new joint is concerned, you know where to catch the scoop when more details are transmitted. In the meantime, we expect to see the Wu-natics out and in full-force this Thursday.
