DJ Jazzy Jeff spoke with Will as a part of his forthcoming Snapchat series, Will From Home.

DJ Jazzy Jeff has offered new details on his experience with COVID-19. While speaking with friend Will Smith for the entertainer's new Snapchat series Will From Home, Jeff explained how, after returning home from a trip, he started "coming down with something."

"Got in the bed, don't remember the next 10 days," the DJ said in a teaser clip from the forthcoming episode. "My temperature had reached about 103, the chills, I lost smell, I lost sense of taste."

Jeff also spoke on how he couldn't even receive a test to confirm if he was positive with the coronavirus or not, but was given a flu test.

"When I went and got the chest X-Ray, she came in and said pneumonia in both of your lungs," he said. "People think we're at the end, and I think we're really at the beginning."

The DJ had hinted about contracting the virus back in March when he revealed he was battling pneumonia in a series of posts on his Instagram Story.

"Pls say a prayer for all the sick…It's a lot more than you know!!" he wrote. "I'm recovering from pneumonia in both my lungs…I lost my sense of smell and taste which is a main sign of the virus. I would NOT be here if not for my guardian angel for a wife!"

"Please take this serious…it does not care who you are…what you do or what your plans are. Stay safe," he added in another post.
