A couple of years ago, André 3000 moved to New York City. Since then, the Outkast member has been a regular in these New York City streets. It's a running joke on social media that, if you're walking around SoHo, you might run into Three Stacks.

On Wednesday, a Twitter user named Tiana posted about bumping into Andre 3000. Tiana, who is itsTiana on Twitter, said she was walking in SoHo, while wearing an Andre 3000 shirt, when she bumped into the rapper.
