Nipsey Hussle and Meek Mill Are Working on a Joint Album
Summer 2019
Nipsey Hussle revealed he's working on a collaboration project with Meek Mill.
The Los Angeles rapper confirmed the project in a recent interview with REAL 92.3 LA.
When asked about a possible project with Meek Mill, Nipsey responded, "We've been cutting ideas," adding "We got a couple records that's gonna go off for the summer." "We just gotta lock in and get the records done," he said, adding that he'd hope for the project to drop around summer 2019.
Nipsey also commented on Meek's progression and success after coming home following his 2018 prison bid, saying, "I just think Meek elevated and applied the game he got from being in the game for a while."
Both Nipsey and Meek are signed to Atlantic Records, and the rapper also revealed he was once close to signing with Rick Ross and MMG.

In the interview, Nipsey listed a few other artists he would like to work with, saying, "I like Swae Lee, I like Post Malone... As far as producers I like Tay Keith," he continues. "I wanna get in with Mike Will and do some more stuff... I wanna get in with Timbaland."
The rapper also revealed he's working on a new album. H's debut studio album, Victory Lap which released in February 2018 was nominated for Best Rap Album at this year's Grammy Awards.
