On Monday, September 17th, Lupe posted some more clues on his Instagram:
We’re not sure what this all means, but Lupe Fiasco has mentioned that the album was going to be centered around slavery.
About a group of slaves who jumped off the slave ships but didn’t die and lived under the sea sinking slave ships.
“Some stayed, some jumped to their graves, those who wouldn’t become slaves…instead became WAVES”
