J.PERIOD has officially released Black Thought and Rakim's version of "In the Ghetto." The track is a remake of Eric B. and Rakim's track of the same name from their 1990 album Let the Rhythm Hit 'Em. The song also features vocal contributions from John Legend.
The track has been hovering around the internet for years. But this is the first time its available on streaming services like Spotify and Apple Music.
