The comedian was outed as the latest DOOM stand-in during FlyLo's Adult Swim Festival performance.

During Flying Lotus' performance at Adult Swim Festival this weekend, the producer appeared to bring out the metal-faced villain as his surprise guest, just as Madvillain's "Accordion" began to play throughout the stadium. And sure enough, a masked figure emerged on the stage. Sadly, as we've all grown far too accustomed to realizing, the burly figure behind the mask wasn't the reclusive legend, but Buress, a friend and occasional collaborator of the BRAINFEEDER boss.

DOOM did, however, make a real appearance on a new song from Danger Mouse and the late Sparklehorse this week,  following up his verse for Mayer Hawthorne and Jake One on their third album as Tuxedo earlier this year.
