DJ Premier Hooks Up With Westside Gunn, Conway & Benny the Butcher for the Hard "Headlines"

The toughest rap crew in hip-hop has hooked up with one of the greatest producers of all time.

DJ Premier has dropped his new song, "Headlines." The song features verses from the Griselda Records crew: Westside Gunn, Conway, and Benny the Butcher. The track is the follow up to "Wut U Said?" with Casanova.

Speaking about the song to Complex, Primo said:

I've wanted to do a record with them individually for a few years now," Premier explained. "I had been listening to Westside Gunn first. Conway got my lyrical attention very heavy when Alchemist told me to listen to how he rhymes...Then after I got in tune with Benny's songs, I immediately knew that in order to follow up the Casanova record it made sense to have all three on the same single. 'Headlines' was made organically from a blank canvas at my studio at 2 a.m. and it happened so fast; and I loved their work ethic. Pull the trigger on this one!

The song is fire. (And uses the same sample from Rick Ross' "Cigar Music," which is dope.)
