'The Eric Andre Show' to Return to Adult Swim for Fifth Season in 2020

Entertainment Weekly posted exclusive stills from the new season, along with an interview with the man himself.

After appearing in The Lion King and Disenchantment, Eric Andre is returning with his cult-favorite after a three-year absence. According to Entertainment Weekly, Adult Swim will release ten episodes of The Eric Andre Show in 2020.

The network has not announced an official release date as of yet. Subsequently, Andre will headline their festival in Los Angeles on November 16. In addition, Andre will make his postproduction debut with Bad Trip in theaters April 2020.

In preparation, Andre told EW, "I waxed my entire body, got over 200 pounds, and slept in a tanning bed. I also got a new, super expensive set that looks like Liberace fucked a Japanese game show. This is the season of ultimate decadence."

In the three years since the last season, Andre released Eric Andre Does Paris and KRFT Punk's Political Party.
