“I ain’t rockin’ no more designer shit, white T’s and Nike Cortez…”

Back in August, news came out that Kendrick Lamar was leaving Reebok, and entering a partnership with Nike.

Now we get to see the first creation under that new deal.

On Monday night Kendrick revealed his first collaboration with Nike on his various social media accounts.

It’s only fitting, but the model of the shoe is the Nike Cortez, which K.Dot has openly talked about being his favorite shoe. (On Big Sean’s “Control,” Kendrick famously rapped: “I ain’t rockin’ no more designer shit, white T’s and Nike Cortez, this red Corvette’s anonymous…”

The shoe is called “Don’t Trip.” It’s white and red, with black shoelaces. It features “Don’t Trip” on the shoe; there are Chinese symbols on the front of the shoe.
