Veteran Kansa City rapper Tech 9ine appeared on NPR's Tiny Desk Concert series. He was joined by Krizz Kaliko, one of the artists on his Strange Music independent label.
While on the show, the two performed a number of classic Tech 9ine tracks from the last decade, including "Dysfunctional;" "Aw Yeah? (interVENTion);" "Fragile," sans Kendrick Lamar; and "Speedom (Worldwide Choppers 2)," without Eminem.
It's pretty impressive to see the relentless, machine gun rap style that Tech 9ine has perfected in a setup like this. (And we should add, Krizz Kaliko isn't a slouch either.)
This is the second Tiny Desk show to go live this week. On Monday, August 27th, T.I.came on the show and performed classics throughout his career.
