Following its Kendrick Lamar parody, South Park takes on Logic's hit

Last week, in its season 21 premiere, South Park reached for the root of lingering white supremacy with a twangy cover of Kendrick Lamar's "HUMBLE.."

And last night, Matt Stone and Trey Parker's critically-lauded animated series welcomed another rapper's repertoire, finding Cartman putting a very Cartman spin on Logic's VMA performance of "1-800-273-8255," donning a black hoody and announcing a very public suicide attempt, ending with a half-hearted speech on mental health and the declaration "I don't care if you're black, white, gay, straight or trans – I am going to kill myself unless you all start taking it seriously." Earlier this year, Logic was featured in an episode of Rick & Morty, whose third season has been an absolute treasure.
