Anderson .Paak sat down on Power 106's The Cruz Show to talk a wide range of topics including working with A Tribe Called Quest on their newest album and his road to finding success. In the interview .Paak, who is signed to Aftermath, talked about recording tracks with the legendary Dr. Dre. Anderson remarked, "Whenever I’m in town I just go in there and kick it with him and we just make somethin’. You know, and we just put it away."
Dre released his latests album Compton back in 2015. Anderson is on multiple tracks, six in total. The project also featured frequent collaborator Snoop Dogg, Jill Scott, Kendrick Lamar, Ice Cube, Marsha Ambrosius, BJ the Chicago Kid, The Game, and others. Anderson .Paak released his critically acclaimed album Malibu at the beginning of this year.
