Thundercat is embarking on a headlining world tour next year that begins in February and ends in April.
The virtuosic bass player and singer songwriter starts his tour in San Francisco on February 13, which will then take him throughout the rest of the United States before beginning the European part of his tour in the middle of March.
Considering Flying Lotus has told us that a new Thundercat album would be popping up before the end of the year (the only new material we have gotten so far from him is the upbeat "Bus In These Streets"), hopefully this tour announcement means that it is still going to happen.
Recently, Thundercat did an 11 minute improvisational jam with Crystal Launch as a part of Red Bull Music Academy's Montreal takeover.
