Skillz Drops New Track "2017 Rap Up” Recapping The Year

Skillz is back with another year-end wrap up.

Skillz has picked up the pen once again to recap the highs and lows of the year.

A traditional discography staple for the Virginia rapper, with this year’s song he tackles everything from Donald Trump, North Korea, the tragedies in Charlottesville and Las Vegas, Eminem, Beyoncé’s pregnancy, Jay-Z and Kanye West’s beef, Cardi B, Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill, mumble rap, bitcoin and more.

“I never seen a year like this year, so many twists and turns, a whole lot of losers, we all lived and learned,” Skillz raps.

The song’s cover art features a fake tweet from Trump calling out the track as "fake news."

To top off the topical takes, Skillz raps everything over 50 Cent’s “Big Rich Town” (aka the POWER theme song) instrumental produced by Vitamin D.
