Sampha - "Without" [Single]

Sampha drops his latest work "Without" - a space-based single that finds him stepping away from collaborations with SBTRKT, The XX and Drake to take the spotlight alone for his tale of a one-night stand. With a trippy drum track and sweet conversation, Sampha constructs a murky electronic love song that torches through tempo changes to touch a range of emotion. "Without" is the first single to drop ahead of his forthcoming debut Dual - a six song EP produced, performed and mixed by Sampha - which drops on July 29th. The project reportedly tackles the emotionally weighty issue of absentee fathers as well as matters of the heart and other problems that might plague a young romantic.
