The Recording Academy announced this year's inductees to the prestigious Grammy Hall Of Fame. Songs that are inducted include, "a diverse range of both singles and album recordings at least 25 years old that exhibit qualitative or historical significance." Twenty-five songs in total have been chosen for the honor this year, brining the total tally of songs inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame to 1,038. Artists such as N.W.A., Prince, David Bowie, Nirvana, Billie Holiday, The Beach Boys, Blind Willie McTell were apart of this year's inductees. The Grammy Hall of Fame was established in 1973. The 59th Annual Grammy Awards will broadcast on Sunday, February 12, 2017. Recipients of the honor will receive an official certificate from The Recording Academy.
