No, Tyler, The Creator Isn’t Making a Hebrew Jazz Funk Album
A joke from Lil Yachty started the rumor mill buzzing about the Grammy winner’s next project.

Tyler, The Creator is known for being musically adventurous, but even he had to laugh at a Lil Yachty post about his next project. Yachty just wrapped a stint on Tyler’s CHROMAKOPIA: WORLD TOUR as an opening act for select dates—alongside Paris Texas. The tour has remaining stops throughout Asia, but Yachty’s tenure on the trek was only up until September 5. Yachty jokingly posted on social media about wrapping the tour – and got a lot of attention for “announcing” Tyler’s next album.
“Tour is done, love you brother,” wrote Lil Yachty in an IG post. “Blessed to be apart. Let y’all in on a secret. Dat boi tyler workin on a hebrew jazz funk album s**t gonna be tough..2026.”
But Tyler immediately shot down the post as just humor.
“LMFAOOOO NO IM NOT DONT GET THESE GULLIBLE ASS FANS HOPES UP THESE NIGGAS STILL THINK A STICKY VIDEO IS COMING,” he wrote.
Tyler has been stepping outside his comfort zone lately. The Grammy winner is the voice of Nike’s newest ad campaign. The iconic sports apparel is tweaking its famous “Just Do It” slogan after almost 40 years, introducing a new “Why Do It” push aimed at Gen Z.
The new campaign’s marquee ad features Tyler’s narration and superstar athletes like LeBron James and Caitlin Clark, Philadelphia Eagles’ Saquon Barkley, Real Madrid and Brazil soccer star Vini Jr., skateboarder Rayssa Leal, and more.
Tyler’s voiceover asks: “Why do it? Why would you make it harder on yourself? Why chance it? Why put it on the line? With so much at stake. With so much room to fail. Why risk it? Why would you dare? Seriously, why?! You could give everything you have and still lose. But my question is, what if you don’t?”
And Tyler is getting fans ready for another Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival. This year’s Carnival takes place Nov. 15 and Nov 16, on the grounds of Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles.
