D.C.-born singer-songwriter Baby Rose explores heartbreak and determination on her sophomore album Through and Through, which includes Smino on the track “I Won’t Tell.” Also getting listeners in their feels is rapper and singer Amir Obe on one of the more exciting new albums, after., with songs featuring PARTYNEXTDOOR and G.
