Zoë Kravitz is definitely tops on our list of glowing young multi-talented performers we want to bombard with questions. My God...The Questions! Questions like, What was it like starring opposite Tariq "Black Thought" Trotter in your first starring film role (in Yelling To The Sky)? Describe your musical evolution from your old band Elevator Fight to your current band Lolawolf? Might your future musical evolution involve collaborating with The Roots? [Spoiler: it just might! -ed.] What's your craziest story from being on tour with Miley Cyrus? [Spoiler: calm down. - ed.] and most, pressingly: What's it like watching your dad (that would be Lenny Kravitz, post-millenials) rock out onstage with Katy Perry at The Super Bowl?
Along the way we found renewed respect for Zoë's creative vision and her absolute dead-ass seriousness about her art and her career. As her answer to the question about her dad clearly demonstrates:
