The Official Rock the Bells 2012 Launch Party is taking place at the House of Blues on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles, California. Here's what to expect: an announcement of the festival lineup, venues, and dates, PLUS some exclusive live performances by a few of the acts from the roster. It takes place on Tuesday, May 15th and...you can't go. It's private, son. No access to the general public. What I'm trying to tell you is that the ONLY way for fans to get in is to win tickets.
