Watch Bobby Brown & Bell Biv DeVoe Fight In 'New Edition' Trailer

We've been keeping tabs on BET's New Edition mini series ever since it was first announced over a year ago. Since then, two trailers have dropped, with the latest of the two released today.

The clip finds Bobby Brown performing "My Prerogative" to a crowd of screaming fans, as the members of Bell Biv DeVoe wait to take the stage. However, tensions rise as one of the members of BBD states that Brown has been on onstage past his allotted set time, forcing another member to go onstage and confront him. Bobby leaves the stage abruptly, with BBD breaking into their well known hit "Poison."

Angry about the situation, Bobby and a man that's presumed to be his manager, try to turn on a hose to wet BBD and the entire stage, but fail in doing so. The scene ends right as Bobby confronts BBD onstage, which incites a brawl.

The New Edition Storyis a six hour event series that will air over three nights on January 24-26, BET said today. The biopic follows the group Brown,Ronnie DeVoe,Ricky Bell, Mike Bivins, Ralph Tresvant and Johnny Gill from their humble beginnings in Boston to global stardom, weathering the highs and lows of controversy, personnel changes and the cost of fame.

"From our beginning in the Orchard Park Projects in Boston to Hollywood and everything in between, just like The Temptations and The Jackson Five we are ready to retrace our footsteps and show everyone how we got here. For the fans all over the world, this ones for you," New Edition had said in a statement when the series was announced. All six members of New Edition Brown, DeVoe, Bell, Bivins, Tresvant and Gill are serving as co-producers alongside longtime manager Brooke Payne. Check out the trailer below.
