With Big K.R.I.T. finally receiving the attention he deserves, Showoff Radio's Statik Selektah questioned the man of the hour on his major label debut, on how his creative process was affected by the transition and on popularizing the rechristening of the artist formerly known as Tity Boi. I had to sit back and try to really focus on the business too. I think it worked out, cause I still was able to feature the people I wanted to, make the music I wanted to and that's the best thing that could've happened as far as the album. [...] This album to me is the happiest album I've done so far.
