After hitting us with two extremely tight singles (“Calidelphia” being my favorite), the homie Versis comes through with his audio/visual album, copæsthetic. Nine new tracks with production from Versis, T. Hemingway, and 4real. The album is the manifestation of Versis letting go of fear and insecurity and expressing himself on record in ways he hadn’t in the past — “finding light in darkness” (as detailed in the backstory video, below).
Says Versis of the project: “I just really want people to pay attention to the lyrics and be reminded that we have what we need to grow through any situation; no matter how hard it seems.” Get the audio stream, video stream and backstory all underneath. Though he’s been a lyricist from day one, I’m really fan of this stripped down and simplified approach he’s taken to this project, nothing but raw and honest emotion. It's definitely worth your ears.
