THEESatisfaction EarthEE Track Cover
Never afraid of exploring new soul territory, Seattle duo THEESatisfaction have just rolled out "EathEE," the tastefully atmospheric lead single off their upcoming album of the same name. MC Stasia "Stas" Irons and singer Catherine "Cat" Harris-White cerebrate over a spaced-out synth lines in the track, which sits and swivels on a tilted axis as both ladies offer vocal delights. "EarthEE" is an encouraging sign of what's to come--THEESatisfaction only keeps improving with every release, all while keeping true to the Seattle school of left-brained hip-hop whence they came. While it's clearly a THEESat cut, the pounding snares and tangling chords sound much akin to their labelmates Shabazz Palaces, who are never far from these two ladies own orbits.
THEESatisfaction will unleash EarthEE upon the world on February 24th through Sub Pop, and teaser track "Recognition" has already been released.
