The LOX Have Songs With Swizz Beatz, Just Blaze, Timbaland 'In The Vault'
The LOX just released their first studio album in 16 years this weekend - and they say they have a lot more music coming up, including a fresh batch with go-to collaborator Swizz Beatz.
The trio of Jadakiss, Styles P, and Sheek Louch went to Breakfast Club to promote their new album, Filthy America...It's Beautiful. While each of the members have remained fairly active as solo artists, this is their first group album since We Are The Streets dropped in January 2000.
DJ Envy told them to not stay away for so long again, and Jadakiss assured him that he had nothing to worry about. The Yonkers, New York City rhymers been in the lab with some of the greats, and they have more music ready to go.
"We loaded up. We could put out another album in 30 days if that wasn't against the contractual," Jadakiss said. "This came because we had an overload. We've got an abundance of music."
"In the vault we've probably got eight or nine joints with Swizz alone," Styles P said.
"Timbaland, Just Blaze," Sheek added.
Jadakiss said they were recording for the new album before the Bad Boy Reunion Tour this year, and that they have "millions of songs" done.
