If 2015 has proven anything, it's that The Internetcan do no wrong. They dropped a critically-adored album in Ego Death, toured the states with the bass gawd Thundercat, busted loose on KCRW, and now, they've arrived with their most intimate performance yet, taking to NPR's offices for a run at Tiny Desk Concert. Cramming themselves into the office space, our west coast five-piece delivered a stripped-bare three-song set, performing "Get Away," "Under Control" and the Feel Good standout "Dontcha," all led by Syd The Kyd and the band's musical director/principle producer Matt Martians(mostly rocking shakers and miniature analog modeling synth.) If you've yet to experience these future funkateers in any sort of live format, this here should stand as a proper intro, but it won't be your only shot, as they forge ahead on their sprawling North American tour throughout the month of October. So get your fix of The Internet down below and catch them live and direct when they make their way to a stage near you. Grab a copy of Ego Death on iTunes today.
