The First Lady And Missy Elliott Join James Corden For The Best 'Carpool Karaoke' Yet

In the year since it hit the late-night block, The Late Late Show's "Carpool Karaoke" segment has brought us boundless joy, and made for some incredibly memorable mobile music moments. Enough to last a lifetime, really. We've seen Stevie Wonder bust out the hits, Adele channel her inner-Nicki Minaj, A$AP Rocky and Rod Stewart collide in the best way possible. But none of that could have prepared us for last night's installment.

Enjoying the sights in our nation's capital, TLLS host James Corden decided to stop through for a tour of The White House, only to his surprise (definitely staged, by the way) he was met by First Lady Michelle Obama hopped into the passenger's seat to commence what may have been the best Carpool Karaoke to date, running through gems by Beyonce and Mr. Wonderlove, before the one and only Missy Elliott miraculously appears in the backseat, escalating things to supa dupa fly levels of excellence. And yes, The First Lady knows every damn word to "Get Ur Freak On." Yet another reminder of how much we'll miss the presidential couple come this time next year. Watch it all unfold in the clip below.
