First of all, big shoutout to The World Famous Beat Junkies for holding down the art of turntableism and good music for the last 20 years. In recognition of this, LRG has put together a short film/documentary, For The Record, highlighting the Beat Junkies' influence and progression of hip-hop and DJ culture. Watch the trailer above, and catch the full doc on July 2nd. The crew will be setting off on a world tour starting this Saturday at the Echoplex in L.A. The 20 year anniversary showcase will feature sets from J.Rocc, Rhettmatic, Melo-D, Babu, Shortkut, Mr. Choc, D-Styles, Curse, Icy Ice, Havik, and Tommy Gun.
