Hear HAIM's Criminally-Cool Rework Of Tame Impala's "'Cause I'm A Man"
Last we caught up with the boogie-blessed pop trio that is HAIM, the girls were rocking alongside none other than Morris Day & The Time on Jimmy Kimmel Live. And while there's been virtually no new material from the three-piece since their breakout Days Are Gone LP, today they've resurfaced with a breathtaking rework of Tame Impala's "Cause I'm A Man" to hold you over until their new record finally comes about. And dare I say, that their fuller, warmer take on the slow-burning ballad is perhaps the better of the two? Adding a crunchy clap and breathy wails to a track that's hard-pressed to feel like anything but melancholy, the trio prevails in bringing life to a cut that's already getting plenty of burn amongst the heads. Hear HAIM's criminally cool rework of Tame Impala's "Cause I'm A Man" below and catch them out west as they takeover the Staples Center later this month.
