Stevie Wonder Announces Two New Albums, Talks 'Songs In The Key Of Life' Tour
Stevie Wonder announced new dates for his Songs in the Key of Life live tour Monday, adding 20 additional concerts to what's already been an extensive continent-spanning trek. Performng his classic 1976 double LP in full, Wonder will stop in Chicago, Toronto, Indianapolis, Detroit, and San Antonio before finishing up the new leg at New York City's Madison Square Garden. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, August 21st at 10 a.m., but if you've got a Citi card you can access an early sale on Tuesday, August 18th. Get purchase information here.
Wonder has already put in work this week, performing a surprise (and completely free!) live show in Washington, D.C. in the morning hours. Two more free shows are scheduled for Monday: At 3 p.m., Stevie will play Philadelphia's Dilworth Park (1 S. 15th St), followed by a NYC SummerStage set in Central Park at 7:30 p.m. Check out the full list of new Songs in the Key of Life tour dates below.
