Slum Village Shows Us What "Love Is" In A City-Slicked Video For Their J Dilla-Produced Single
It's been a little over a month since the current Slum Village line-up hit us with the vintage sounds of their Yes LP. While we're all, no doubt, still recuperating from the massive haul of new-ish J Dilla productions, the SV crew just dropped the video for their latest single, the record's opener "Love Is" to offer you a little visual stimulation on top of an already swung-to-all-hell cut from one of the greats and his creative (and biological) kin. The track features a verse from lil bro Illa J and a hook slung by the incomparable Bilal, who just dropped his own record off only a few weeks back. Now you've got a little eye and ear candy to aid your sonic excursion, and it's available for you to enjoy down below. Hit the streets and find out what "Love Is" with Slum Village in the official video for their J Dilla-produced single and peep their forthcoming tour dates to catch the duo live and direct across the pond.
