It was a long time in the making, but Toronto emcee, ShaqIsDope, finally released his long awaited tape, Black Frames, earlier this year and cemented himself as a new emcee to keep on your radar. Now that he’s let that marinate for some time, Shaq is right back to making new music for us. He hooks up with producer The Jenius to get things started with this new single “Wake Up.” ShaqIsDope puts his high grade lyricism on display on this one, with a very pointed message aimed at his naysayers.
