Sene - brooklyknight. [Video Short]
As we let you know at the end of last year, Brooklyn emcee Sene is now signed to LA based indie label Plug Research (home of Bilal, Exile, Shafiq Husayn, Sonnymoon, and others) and has a new LP on the way entitled brooklyknight. I've heard about half of it so far, and this LP will definitely please those who are already fans of Sene and convert some non believers as well. The album features Blu, Co$$, ScienZe, Jay Jennings and others and has production from J57, Fonetik Simbol, No Games, and more. In support of the release Sene , Pace Rivers, and Aaronisnotcool put together this video short for the album. Says Sene: "We made a decision to approach the visuals for this album carefully. It wasn't the kind of album that warranted music video after music video. We felt the visuals should receive the same treatment as the song writing. Pace Rivers, Aaronisnotcool and I teamed up over some scripts that I had written, and here is the first product." brooklyknight. drops on April 24th.
