On the heels of his latest outing in poetics US(a,)the master of artistic disciplines far and wide has relinquished a stirring new treatment for his sinisterly poignant single "Horn Of The Clock-Bike." The video -- directed by Kivu Ruhorahoza-- roots itself in the same subversive constructs that the song (and much of Saul's material) oozes of, finding a heavily-surveilled Williams alone in his quarters strangled, both figuratively and literally, by the crippling paranoia of the digital age.
