Watch SA-RA's "Glorious" Reunion ft. George Clinton, Bilal, Miguel Atwood-Ferguson + More

Glory be, SA-RA Creative Partners are back. And the funk is just as heavy as when we last left off. For the first time in years (maybe six?) the cosmic trio, Om'mas Keith, Taz Arnold and Shafiq Husayn, got the band back together for a night of interplanetary funksmanship per the request of Giles Peterson as part of his How We Do LA curationwhich seems to have descended upon the City of Angels like a new-age funk bomb.

Aligned with some of the most maniacally talented mofos on the planet, including the Funk Father himself, George Clinton, Bilal, Miguel Atwood-Ferguson and his heavenly orchestra, Keith, Arnold and Husayn performed their cherished and beloved P-Funk extraction, "Glorious" with the whole crew intact. True to its name, the performance was nothing short of it, and only has us yearning for more from the trio, whose collective production catalogue now includes contributions to masterpieces from Frank Ocean, Kendrick Lamar, Anderson .Paak and so many more of your favorite musicians.

Watch Sa-Ra's "Glorious" reunion down below and hope with us all that more video from the performance makes way, as the line-up also included Kamasi Washington and Hiatus Kaiyote's leading lady, Nai Palm, as well as the jazz punks themselves, BADBADNOTGOOD.
