Lo-fi funkonaut Rush Midnight AKA Russ Manning comes through with a new groove to get with, dropping his latest joint "Take Us There" off his self-titled debut. The former Twin Shadow bass man has been lighting up earbuds with his cooled-out, beachy vibes since the album's release a few months back and this new cut does not obscure from the path. It boasts those lush 8-bit touches we've grown to love and a clean strut on the six-string, evoking top down, wind in your hair memories, cruising down the coastline.
