Yup. This just happened ?uestlove faced off with Nardwuar for an epic Clash of The Music Nerd Titans rematch! We got the proof via our Okayplayer mole, who has infiltrated deep within the byzantine passages of Nardwuar and Pharrell's shadowy i am OTHER organization--whose identity I cannot reveal on pain of death. OK, you beat it out of me it was Sean Lalla, The Roots and De La Soul's go-to guy north of the border (and just generally the canadina Ambassador of all things hip-hop) who helped arrange the shoot (Beaucoups respects to Jay Swing for the photos). No exact word on when the finished interview video will drop...wait, hold on (hand to earpiece)--I'm being told 2 weeks from now, more or less, but stay tuned! No spoilers but feel free to obsessively study the record and poster that ?uesto is holding for clues. Even if this thing never drops, ?uesto's screwface in response to that Motown Revue poster is for the ages.
