Here at OKP HQ, we have only one resident drummer and you just might know his name: Questlove. As the bandleader for The Roots and music director for their immutable Tonight Show presence, Questlove has slapped skins with/for some of the best in the business; a list that would take more than just these few hundred words to properly flesh-out.
Last night, Questo stepped into the arena with an entirely different sort of ensemble, fulfilling the dreams of USC's Trojan drumline by duking it out with them live and direct on The Tonight Show during the crew's west coast stay. Commencing with a little call-and-response action, Questo and USC's Trojans played off each other's routines before joining in rhythmic matrimony to close out the affair.
