Our fearless leaderQuestlove is set to grab the reigns of another television program. This time taking his talents over to VH1 to executive produce a new series they intend to launch this summer called SoundClash.
SoundClash, which will be hosted by M.I.A. and Diplo, starts its romp on July 23rd, the central conceit being a showcase of three A-list musicians and/or singers who will collaboratively perform a cover or original material. The first cast of characters to make their way to Questo's stage include Lil Wayne, Fall Out Boy and London Grammar (a band that cemented their buzz with a cover of Kavinsky's "Nightcall.") You can catch SoundClash on VH1 or Palladia July 23rd. We'll have more on the new series as we creep closer to its debut, so be sure to keep it locked to the Okay-realm.
