Questlove To Perform At 'Innovation Live' This Weekend In Cleveland, Ohio

Lenny Kravitz, Grace Jones, Lauryn Hill, Lion Babe, Thundercat, SZA & More Rock The Afropunk Festival 2015 in Brooklyn, NY.

This Sunday in Cleveland Ohio, Questlove will be performing at Innovation Live. The Republican National Convention will also be happening, but don't worry folks the event isn't really related and Questlove is not supporting the racist xenophobe that is the republican presidential candidate, Donald Trump. Watch this event thrown by Innovation Live a few years back featuring The Roots and Talib Kweli at the Democratic National Convention below. Questlove will headline the kick off party at Cleveland's historic Tequila Ranch at 10pm. Innovation Live will run three days of conversations touching on public policy, media, innovation, and technology.

According to their website, Innovation Live describes itself as:

"...the premiere platform at the DNC and RNC 2016 that brings together the worlds of media, technology, innovation, and public policy.

Through a series of events during The Democratic and Republican National Conventions Innovation Live builds on the technology footprint developed through past conventions (StartUp Rock On) to establish the premier convergence point at The DNC and RNC for statesmen, technologists, and celebrities to engage in conversation and to celebrate America's culture of Innovation.

Innovation Live seeks to create long lasting and actionable relationships to optimize America’s laws and public policy regarding innovation across multiple disciplines including STEM education, Diversity, Entrepreneurship, Climate Change, Foreign Policy, Media, and Women's issues."
