Watch The Beatnuts' Pscyho Les Go To Work On The Latest 'Rhythm Roulette'

As one half of The Beatnuts, Queens-native Psycho Les has had a hand in the creation of some of the most cherished sample-based sonic suites hip-hop had ever heard. Those sounds have been blessed with verbal from the like of Common (Sense, at the time,) Mad SkillzFat Joe, Al'Tariq and plenty more.

However, one thing this world has yet to be blessed with is a lens into just how Les or his partner-in-sound, Juju, made it all happen. Luckily for you, me and the whole world of beat loving heads, Rhythm Roulette keeps on coming with precisely that level of studio intimacy, hosting Les for the latest installment of the always-dope Mass Appeal series. Par the course, Les snags three random records, takes them back to the lab and gets to work chopping them up and in this particular case, finding gold in the place he least expected. The result is a pair of funky frequencies for your eyes and ears to behold. Now if Mass Appeal would just compile the fruits from all of their Rhythm Roulette sessions into one place, we'd really have something for the ages.

Watch as Psycho Les puts one up for his The Beatnuts with a brilliant showing on Rhythm Roulette below.
