Right around this past Valentine's day, soul crooner Nia Andrews dropped her impressive debut EP, Colours. While brief (4 tracks), it was more than enough to make it clear Nia will be one to check for the foreseeable future. Stepping up from her background singer beginnings, Nia shows she can command the lead with her new video, "Colours." Video directed by Devin Joplin. Says Nia: "I really appreciate Devin's creative sensibilities: her style is so raw and organic yet with a markedly feminine perspective that I love. I was excited to collaborate with her, and even moreso by the finished product. Some may know that I worked as a commercial and music video treatment writer for many years, so stepping from my usual behind-the-scenes role to on-camera talent was quite an experience! Yet I think the visual we made captures the moody reverie of the song - its dreaminess - so beautifully. I hope you enjoy watching as much as we enjoyed creating it.
