Milo & Otis - "The Joy"
Chicago's soul-strutting duo Milo & Otis dropped a happy-time visual for "The Joy", the latest offering from their excellent LP of the same name. This down-trot groove is laced with dreamy synths, lilting vocals and a good displaced thump on the low-end of things. The track comes from the stellar debut LP The Joy, the entirety of which is produced by the featured bassist Owen Hill and boasts vocal treatments by Jamila Woods. The album features guest spots from hometown hero Chance The Rapper, as well as Nico Segal and Enrico X. You can cop one of the most slept on albums of last year on the group's site, but be sure to wet your pallet a bit with this gorgeous visual for "The Joy" from Milo & Otis.
